You have purchased a Seasonal Body Wrap with or without a massage from Groupon. Please print out and bring your Groupon with you to your appointment. This is your proof of purchase, if you do not have your Groupon with you, you must pay the full price of the service.
Booking: You may book your appointment online through our website by clicking on the ‘Prices and Scheduling” tab. When booking online, please click on the appropriate Groupon service that you have purchased and enter your Groupon number. Your appointment cannot be made without this number.
You may also call us to book an appointment, but keep in mind that we do not answer the telephone while we are massaging clients, so please leave a voicemail. We will need your Groupon number when booking. Your appointment cannot be made without this number.
Cancellation/No Show policy– We request the courtesy of 24 hours cancellation notice. If you cancel less than 24 hours in advance or if you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, you will be responsible for paying a fee of the value of the Groupon to re-book an appoinment.
Q. I waited too long to schedule my appointment and now my Groupon is expired. Can I still use my GROUPON?
A. Yes, you can apply the $ you paid towards a service and just pay the difference.
Q. I don’t have time to come in for my Massage can I give the Groupon to someone else even though it has my name on it?
A. Yes you can. Since the Groupon is expired they can make an appointment and apply the $ you paid towards the service and pay the difference.
Q. I’ve decided I really don’t have time for a massage, will you buy back the Groupon?
A. No. You purchased it from Groupon so you will have to contact Groupon for that issue. It is valid only for The 2 Of Us Massage services and has no cash value.
